Return Policy: No returns accepted on used or mounted crystals. Unused crystals may be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is deemed a result of manufacture defect.
Cancelation policy: If you wish to cancel an order already placed, please contact us as soon as possible and we will initiate a full refund. Refunds will be returned to the same card source from which payment was made.
Delivery/Shipping: All orders will be shipped with FedEx. Once your order is received, an email with tracking will be sent to your provided email. Please note that we need a phone number for shipping.
